Again, as with others a full refund was finally offered just simply after render of the damaged/crushed/non-working particular, to mainland People's republic of china. (The item had been delivered originally via Majestic Mail service / Tracked 48 method). Whatsoever/all returns were to be subject to "restocking fee" and a "handling charge." Put the whole matter into the easily of the credit card company that handled the payment. They indemnify the entire buy, and a total, 100% refund was obtained. For others, if a debit card has been used for the purchase.... a "charge back" transaction ensures a total refund. PayPal likewise. DON'T Permit THEM TREAT CUSTOMERS THIS Fashion.

Absolute rubbish products and the worst client service I have e'er dealt with. I stupidly bought 4x T10-Coolers. The products are absolute rubbish, my pc fan has more power. Falsely advertised production, plastic box with a bit of paper-thin in it that does non meet production advertised. No filters as advertised included, production leaks water everywhere. USB ports faulty. Accept sent over 20 emails, keep being promised refund but 4 months after still no refund!
Avoid, AVOID, Avoid. Dodgy, unethical business.
UPDATE: The 24-hour interval later on posting this review, I finally received my refund from Buy Tech! Thank you to TrustPilot and the power of posting public reviews :-)

Pleased with item so far, heats 17' x 13' room as long as all the doors are close, uses about 10p an hr attack thirty C. Item did come from China only tracking provided was spot on, I exercise retrieve the charge is over inflated for what information technology is, no where on the heater does it mention IGLOO, one that look exactly the same is available on ebay for 1/iv of the toll.
Miss-leading, scammed, total ripped off
I bought a smart watch from this visitor few weeks ago but I was extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the product because it was inferior, poor quality and did not work, I contacted the company for address to return the item for a full refund but was paid £15 to keep the item out of the £42.89 I paid non even worth £5. Total rip off

Electronic mail them saying that the goods are broken or mis-sold and inquire them to collect the item at their cost.
DO Not COMMUNICATE with them further than that, you don't need to. The credit carte du jour visitor will only need this email.
Call/contact whoever you lot paid through credit card etc and tell them you have been a victim of fraud. Yous should exist able get your money back pretty hands.

This company sent me a useless slice of equipment. They wanted me to send a video to prove its uselessness, which I did. Their website said full refunds would be made if item was faulty or unsatisfactory. They prevaricated for weeks and finally said they would refund me 35% of the price if I returned the item. I did not trust them to keep their word. They cheated me out of £80. Don't buy from them. If I could have given no stars I would have done
Absolute con artists DO Not Utilise THIS Visitor
I bought v Orbis heaters from this visitor and complained almost the price as found they were less than half the toll on other sites. I and then tried one it will not stay up only spins up the wrong way they are meant to lock. They are cheap and nasty Not as advertised delight do not buy as when you complain they say send to China which costs more than the production worth. I asked if they pay postage equally faulty but they refused saying that as they ship free it is up to heir-apparent to pay return postage stamp. They concluded up giving me half my money back. Exercise NOT USE THIS COMPANY
Barbies dream house robo vac
We ordered a robo vac based on what now seems to exist a false consumer review site. What we got was barbies dream business firm vac with a dustbin the size of a lucifer box which demonically spins in circles.
When I attempted to return they offered a 25% refund and I would have to pay shipping back to Cathay followed by a fifteen% surcharge for their handling costs!!

Similar many of your other reviewers I bought what was
advertised every bit Orbis heaters - 3 of them as I thought they would prove useful. But absolutely useless, consummate waste of £115, visitor very difficult to contact, said they were British but made in China (and I strive to avert buying annihilation from China as its all cheap rubbish) then annoyed that I didnt check reviews first! ordered iii Orbis heaters just they would not fit my sockets equally they are depression to the floor contacted company to return them they said give them away or transport them back to china they offered me a pocket-size refund .said they had come from u.k. and so why did I accept to transport them to red china client service appalling kept raising the amount of refund I finally settled for it but was not happy this is a visitor I would never think of doing business organisation with e'er again and I advise all purchasers to be aware that returns are all to prc at your expense and they are very reluctant to give refunds likewise the heaters were supposed to be orbis but they did not have the brand logo anywhere on the production or packaging and so I can only assume they are a cheap make from prc DO NOT purchase FROM THIS COMPANY
No Return Address! Inexpensive product, false advert!
I rate this visitor at cypher stars if possible. Product was cheap and not what stated in advertisement. I was Shipped and charged for two separate orders when I only order one. I emailed Buy-Tech within the appropriate time frame for A full refund to receive information on return address. When I finally heard back from them they offered me a partial 50% refund just no render address. I declined and asked for accost again. I have an offer 80% refund. I accept and asked for a confirmation email on the corporeality. They were only going to refund for one of the orders. I sent them both order numbers and proof of payment but still not heard back from them. I am now taking this to my credit card company and hoping they tin reverse the charges.
Update, I did finally go dorsum 80% on each orders and was not required to send back product. That still leaves me out 20% on ii orders, one of which I did not place. Some thing is meliorate than nothing. I would still never buy from this company as their produce is not every bit advertised and their return policy is false. As they avert or ignore request for return address for full refund.
